By including these key elements, your job ad should provide potential applicants with enough information to gauge their interest and suitability for the position, prompting them to apply. 

Job Title: it should reflect the nature of the job and the level of seniority.

Company Description:  A brief overview of the company

Location: Specify the location of the job

Job Responsibilities: A list of the primary duties and tasks the employee will be expected to perform.

Qualifications and Skills: List the required or preferred education level, certifications, technical and language skills, professional experience. Also, if possible, include any soft skills or personality traits that are desirable.

Employment Type: Specify whether the position is full-time, part-time, consultant contract, temporary, or internship.

Application Process: Detail how and where to apply, what documents to submit (e.g., resume, cover letter)
